This is where you'll want to start-- the order form. There are slots for 12 items on the main order sheet. For larger orders, I've made up a second page strictly of blank, lined order sheets (for both the main order, and for alternate selections).
The order form is laid out in an easy-to-read fashion. My first request is to please fill in the "Box #" field with the matching number from the inventory sheet. This will make order processing much easier-- as well as keeping track of the changing inventory.
Also, because this is an inventory liquidation sale, I can't do reorders on product. When an item is sold out, it's gone for good. One of my big problems has been putting orders on hold for a reorder, then playing the waiting game at the mercy of the vendor. Hence, I am humbly requesting that each order have a corresponding list of alternate items included with it. Because I'm looking to close down the company checking account shortly after Anthrocon, I'd rather not have to write out a string of refund checks. Hence, please, please, please include a number of alternate selections, as well as a contact email to reach you at in the event of an ordering issue.
As before, Certified/Return Reciept is available for \$2.65. Should you want the package to be signed for, this is the best solution.
Insurance is also available as a shipping option. In the last two years, I've only had to pull the insurance from one order-- a box of product being sent to me from a vendor. Hence, the odds might be slim of a catastrophe happening, but it's still a possibility. Another option to consider-- especially for larger orders. Rates are \$2 for the first $100 of coverage, and $1 for each additional $100. Unfortunately, insurance is not available on international orders.
